Because we take the time to design and build something special from timber, we kindly ask that you allow the full turnaround time (as noted above) for us to complete your order. That said, we usually get it done much faster.

Once your order is ready and shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey right to your door. Need it sooner? Simply choose Express Post at checkout for faster shipping. If you've received your tracking code but your order hasn't arrived yet, feel free to check with Australia Post and let us know as well.

At K&R Collective, we proudly source our timber from local Australian suppliers. Each piece of wood we use is unique—featuring its own natural grain patterns, colour tones, and textures. As a result, the timber in your product may differ slightly from the photos displayed on our website. We believe this natural variation is part of what makes each piece truly one of a kind, and a beautiful reflection of Australian craftsmanship.
