Our Commitment to Quality
At K&R Collective, we take great pride and care in handcrafting each item especially for you.

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders—except in the rare case of an error on our part. If this occurs, please contact us via phone or email and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue. Once your order has been placed and production has begun, we are unable to accommodate changes, cancellations, or refund requests.

Breakages
While we pack every order securely, we do rely on our couriers to handle parcels with care. If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the breakage and contact us immediately so we can assist.

Please note: We are not responsible for any breakages that occur after the item has been unpacked. Many of our pieces—such as mirror name plaques—are extremely delicate. We include care cards with these products to help you handle them safely.

Product Care Advice

• Mirror acrylic is a fragile material that can easily snap if held by one end. Always support the full piece when handling.

• Avoid using abrasive materials that may scratch the surface of any products.

• Our products featuring layered designs (acrylic on plywood or acrylic) are bonded using high-grade, laser-compatible industrial tape. While strong, these bonds can be sensitive to stress—especially in small design elements like dots on "i" or "j". Please handle all parts with care.
