PROCESSING TIME
Each item is custom-made to order. Please allow the full turnaround time stated on our [FAQs page] before your order is fulfilled and dispatched.

POSTAGE
All orders are handmade and shipped from South East Queensland (postcode 4210), Australia, using either Standard or Express services via Australia Post.

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

• Standard shipping: Flat rate of $12 for small orders

• Express shipping: Flat rate of $24.95 per order

• Standard shipping for large/bulky items: Flat rate of $18.00

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Shipping rates are calculated by Australia Post based on the size and weight of your order.

Import duties and taxes are not included in shipping fees and may be payable to your local customs authority upon delivery. Many countries waive these charges for parcels marked as gifts—please let us know if you'd like your order sent as a gift. You can estimate duties and taxes here (use HS Code: 442199 and enter amounts in your local currency). We recommend confirming this with your local customs office prior to ordering.

PACKAGING
Orders are securely packed using protective Kraft paper, rigid mailers, or boxes to avoid damage. We encourage recycling of all packaging and ensure it is kept out of reach of children. We use biodegradable packaging products where possible and are committed to reducing single-use plastics in our operations.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us promptly. A compensation claim with Australia Post must be lodged within 30 days of delivery before a replacement can be ordered.

If your tracking number has been issued but your parcel appears lost, please lodge an enquiry with Australia Post and inform us so we can assist in following up.
